Gold Coast – Coolangatta

Abit of a mash up with breakfast this morning – baked beans and rolls before our coach journey to Coolangatta.

On arrival at our hostel ‘Komune’ we cooled off our sunburn in the pool and chatted to a young cricketer and his girlfriend about their travels. Afterwards we headed into town to check out the shops and I bought a very cool long sleeved swimsuit ready for those waves.

After shopping we decided to check out the beach and waves.

Walking along the beach was so relaxing until we spotted lots of blue bits along the tide mark. JELLYFISH!

As the sun started to set Josh wanted a cool wave photo but me and my big feet kept on getting in the way so I became part of it. Hehe.

After our chilled out exploring of the towns shops we decided to liven our night up at a posh Greek restaurant before heading to bed.
