14th March
The largest famous Eumundi market had been mentioned to us many times. It’s near Noosa and easy to get to with the bus.

It was great fun today and we purchased many items and ate lots of local food.

There were many craft stools and one involved little paintings done in 2 minutes and placed in a glass cover to give a 3D effect.

This made us loose track of time – basically the market had finished and we missed the bus so a coffee shop was welcoming.
The shops were just about to close yet, we still managed to look around and buy a zinc stick to stop us burning our faces Surfing. After this we decided to walk up the 100steps and a steep hill to get to Laguna lookout for sunset. It was very romantic and the rain gave way long enough for us to enjoy 20 minutes of beautiful views over Noosa and the bay.

Walking back it was dark and drizzly which was spooky. Josh kept on slipping badly – very grateful to be back down in town.
