Australia

19th March

Yesterday evening we hired a car for the next few days to explore the national parks in the Sunshine Coast. Having heard a lot about the National Parks along the Sunshine Coast we were excited and got up super early.

Having driven to Mount Tamborine we started off by walking to a glow worm conservation cave, a small skywalk over the forest and along to cedar falls for a swim and an explore at crest falls. Here we saw a huge monitor and our first wild wallaby.

After this we walked the gallery walk – a small town high street where we had $5 wine tasting in a cute little vineyard shop and bought two lots of fudge from two different shops. A yummy treat to complement the wine.

On the way back is was quite late. We managed to catch the sunset at Beacon Lookout which was once more insane.
