18th March
Today we used our last ticket for Wet and Wild however, the park was half closed down (claiming maintenance but, it was the start of Covid-19s shut down that would change the course of our travels). Still being cheerful we started off going on the aqua racer: racing down these on our front and flying through the air on each hump was fun but, painful. Right in the centre was their giant wave pool with sun lounges that we fell asleep on after visiting whirlwind pools.

The rover rapids were also fun, two were open and two were closed tunnels. Each as exhilarating as the last.

Then there was the one and only Aqua loop – a 90degree drop and hoop that left your heart and stomach right at the start. The famous famous drop I did twice and Josh just loved the thrill he had to go on it over and over again.

The last ride we chose was Constrictor – you had to carry your donut boat up some huge steps to slide down backwards or forwards. We did both.
After this we had a pool, sauna, steam and hot tub evening underneath the stars. All that was missing was a bottle of bubbly.
