17th March
This was our second run this morning – 20 minutes along the main beach first thing. It was such a nice sunny warm morning it felt amazing.

Movie World – Warner Brothers themed theme park was on our agenda for today. We were super excited about this.

Trying to get round all the open rides we started off at DC Rivals Hypercoaster: this is the longest one and could go backwards if you paid more – tempting.

The Doomsday destroyer was an upside down wheel (I couldn’t go on this more than once it made me feel so sick). Super-Man escape was one of my favourites – based in a collapsing underground station and shot up like stealth at the start – longer though.

One ride we kept going back to was scooby-doo spooky coaster. This was based around their movie on the Spooky Island with scrappy doo as the main evil character. It was fun, we went backwards, and span hahah. Very spooky but, we couldn’t get enough.

There was one water ride open called Wild West Falls Adventure Ride (a longer loggers leap ride) we went on multiple times too. The accessories between the two falls were very fitting with the Wild West scene. Josh hadn’t heard of the road runner before (loony tunes) so I filled him in whilst we waited for this ride – in the children’s section of the theme park of course.
Some of the rides were closed for maintenance: Arkham asylum, Green lantern and Batman spaceshot. These all looked insane especially Green lantern and so was sad they were shut. They also had one of those 4D Lego movie experiences and a stunts car race show which were both very fun (even though they were children themed). The stunts race was a cool thing to see and Joshs face looked like a little boys.
On getting home we treated ourselves to a steak, glitchy DVD and free popcorn.
